This is a one day workshop, held in Redditch, for individuals who are, or will be responsible for managing others in your organisation. Whether that may be as a supervisor, team leader, new managers or just managers who would like to refresh your management skills.

This workshop will cover topics such as effective communication, motivating staff, conflict resolution and more and will leave you with an increased confidence in understanding your role as a manager.

The course will be held on Wednesday 23rd October, between 9:30 and 4pm
