This is a 12 month subscription to our service whereby we will provide you with a poster to advertise an anonymous sexual harassment reporting line that you can share with your employees. As well as a digital poster a physical poster will be also posted to you.
The Worker Protection (Amendment to Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 introduced on 26th October 2024 makes it a requirement for all employers to show they have taken all reasonable steps to prevent harassment. Having an anonymous reporting line is one of those steps.
If needed, and we hope it isn't, your team can report sexual harassment in the workplace anonymously by calling our reporting line and leaving a message.
Once a message is received on the reporting line regarding your workplace, and so long as the report is made within 12-months of your purchase/renewal you will receive details of the anonymous complaint to investigate from one of our HR Consultants.
